Report on dissemination achievements, delivered on M24, will assess the outcomes of the various dissemination activities, most importantly of the partner efforts to promote the project in various external conferences, workshops, seminars or meetings nationally or internationally, as well as the results of the final dissemination conference. The report will include conclusions and recommendations for further future visibility of project’s network and products, and it will be circulated confidentially to all partners.


The ORAMMA approach evaluation report will include the results from the assessment of the model and the pilot sessions, recommendations for the improvement of implementation of the proposed model, policy recommendations related to the field of perinatal healthcare for migrant and refugee women and other key finding resulting from the whole experience that will be gained throughout the project.


Pilot implementation and assessment report. The pilot implementation report that will be delivered in month 24 will be produced after the pilot sessions are finished and will include all the quantitative and qualitative data from the pilot sessions in order to be used for the evaluation of the model.


Evaluation report (final) will be a summative review of all the activities conducted. The report will examine the project achievements vis-a-vis the original planning and the programme’s award criteria.


The training handbook, delivered in month 15 will include all the educational material to be used for the training course in a book/pdf from so that it will be downloadable from the project’s platform and website, can be printed and distributed to anyone interested in following this course on maternal healthcare for migrant and refugee women


The e-course, delivered in month 18, will include the e-learning platform that will host the e-learning course and the educational content (training material adaptive to video lectures, presentations, self-assessment quizzes and informative self-learning material, etc.)


The overall project’s dissemination strategy will be determined in the dissemination plan developed at early stages of the project. The Dissemination and communication plan, will describe the strategy for dissemination of project’s results, and it will be targeted at the partners of the consortium. The plan will include tasks and timelines for partners; external communication strategy with relevant stakeholders; stakeholder analysis; guidelines and specifications for the dissemination materials (project logo & website; newsletters; press releases; event scoping)


Evaluation report (interim) will take place at the midpoint of the project. It will be a formative review of the progress achieved up to that point, in relation to programme’s award criteria, such as budget criteria, quality criteria, time and effectiveness criteria etc. The report will also provide recommendation for improvements in the second half of the project, where applicable


The Practice Guide for perinatal care for migrant, asylum seeking and refugee women will be delivered in month 11 and will contain evidence-base, best practices and recommendations in the related field. The Practice Guide will be addressed to health providers (such as public and private clinics), individual health professionals working with the target group and other community-based services that the target group visits. Moreover due to the dynamic situation of the refugee crisis and the active participation of NGOs in the field, the Practice Guide will also be addressed to NGO practitioners or volunteers who are in direct contact with the target group. It is important that any professional who has direct contact with the target group and identifies the pregnancy is fully informed of how to act and the appropriate referrals that need to be made (Phase 0 the model). The aim of the Practice Guide is to be used both as a practice tool for health professionals but also as an informative and educational tool for all stakeholders involved in health assessment of migrant and refugee women and other related services.


The approach on integrated perinatal healthcare for migrant, asylum seeking and refugee women will be delivered in month 11 and will include the rationale and all the characteristics of the approach, description and role of the multidisciplinary team, description of phases and specifications on each phase, decision trees and/or algorithms for the implementation of the model


The Perinatal Personal Operational Plan (general health, psychosocial, perinatal assessment and plan) will be delivered in month 11 and will be the basic tool of the perinatal healthcare provision for migrant and refugee women. It will provide all the necessary information both for the woman and the team treating her: (a) personal information and contact details, (b) medical history related to pregnancy and childbirth, (c) the perinatal care plan (conditions, medicines, preferences for birth, etc.), (d) the assessment of the professionals of the team, (e) useful information for the women, such as the benefits and impact of the PPOP for her and her family.

