Non-EU markets

The EU has over 40 trade agreements in place with over 70 countries around the world. It also offers preferential market access to low and lower-middle income countries under the Generalised Scheme of Preferences. Third country markets offer export opportunities and are also important sources of raw materials and goods for EU companies, forming part of their global supply chains.
